About TookMyMeds

TookMyMeds answers one question that families with ageing parents ask themselves every day: did mum or dad take their medication?

It works with two connected views. The person taking medication sees a simple daily list with one big button per medicine — no menus, no settings, nothing to configure. Family members and carers see a live dashboard: what's been taken today, what hasn't, weekly patterns, and a running activity feed. Everyone connects with a short family code — no accounts or passwords for the person taking the medication.

Why we built it this way

Most medication apps are built for the person taking the pills, and assume they'll set up schedules themselves on a small screen. In practice, it's usually an adult son or daughter who wants the reassurance — so TookMyMeds is built for the family, with the simplest possible experience for the person doing the taking.

What it is — and isn't

TookMyMeds is a reminder and communication aid for families. It is not a medical device, does not dispense medical advice, and should never be the only safeguard for critical medication. Always follow the guidance of a doctor or pharmacist, and check on loved ones directly if you have any concern about their wellbeing.

Pricing

One subscription covers the whole family: 14 days free, then £4.99 a month. Cancel any time — no contracts, no fuss. Outside the UK, you'll see the equivalent in your local currency at checkout.
